In Gladiator Mayhem, factions clash over the legendary Forge Key—an ancient relic said to unlock one’s deepest desire. The Kingdom seeks power, the Barbarians crave freedom, the Ancients demand its return, and the Imperials fight for survival. To claim the Key is to shape the future—or destroy it.

Once feared conquerors, the Imperials are a dying breed clinging to faded glory. Besieged on all sides, they pursue the Forge Key as their last hope for survival—a weapon to rekindle their might and crush those who would see them fall.
KINGDOM
Once noble rulers of the realm, the Kingdom now teeters on the brink of collapse. Wracked by rebellion and decay, they see the Forge Key as a means to restore their waning dominion and cement absolute power over the fractured world.
BARBARIANS
