A. General

1. By entering the “X and Discord Promotion” (the “Promotion”), you agree to these
terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Participation in the Giveaway
confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated
with, X or Discord.
3. Lightning Forge Games reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at
any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or social media platforms and
continued participation after the changes confirms acceptance of the updated Terms.

B. Entry Conditions and Eligibility Requirements

1. The Promotion is open to residents of eligible regions or countries who are 18 years
or older.
2. Entrants must follow @LFG_GTFO and join the Lightning Forge Games Discord to
participate in the Promotion.
3. Employees of Lightning Forge Games, their immediate family members, or any
person directly connected with the administration of the Promotion are not eligible to
enter.
4. Entries submitted after the Promotion closing date, or entries that do not comply with
these Terms and Conditions, will not be considered.

C. Giveaway Period
1. The Giveaway begins and ends when the promotion announcement outlines (the
“Promotional Period”).
2. Only entries received during the Promotional Period are eligible for the Giveaway.

D. Prizes

1. The major prize for the promotion will be outlined in any announcement posts for the
Promotion.
2. Additional minor prizes will be included in the Promotion announcement posts.
3. The total prize pool value will be outlined in the announcement post.

4. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other goods or services.

E. Winner Selection and Drawing Details

1. The Promotion winner(s) will be selected by a random draw or selected by judging
criteria that will be outlined in announcement posts for the Promotion.
2. The draw will be conducted using a fair and random selection process, either via a
randomizer tool by the Lightning Forge Games.
3. The judging process will be conducted by official Lightning Forge Games employees
and will be determined by their subjective opinions on criteria.

F. Claiming the Prize

1. Winners will be notified via X or Discord within a timeframe of 48-72 hours after the
winners are determined.
2. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim
the prize within this period, they forfeit their prize, and a redraw may be conducted.
3. Prizes will be delivered by wallet transfer, post or other appropriate method
depending on the prize.
4. Lightning Forge Games will pay for distribution of the prize.

G. Winner Notification and Publication

1. Winners will be announced publicly on @LFG_GTFO or the official Lightning Forge
Games Discord Server between 48-72 hours after the draw.
2. By accepting the prize, winners consent to the publication of their username or
display name for promotional purposes.

H. Re-draw Arrangements

1. If a prize remains unclaimed after the claim period, a re-draw may be conducted at
on the Lightning Forge Games official Discord server, or our @LFG_GTFO account.
2. The re-draw winner will be selected via the same random method and will be subject
to the same claim and notification procedures as outlined above.

I. Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes regarding the Giveaway, including entries or prize claims, will be
resolved at the sole discretion of Lightning Forge Games.
2. In the event of any discrepancies or disputes, our decision will be final and binding.
Participants agree to address disputes in good faith and, if unresolved, submit to
mediation at Lightning Forge Games official Discord on the ticketing section
3. Lightning Forge Games reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be
tampering with the entry process, violating these Terms and Conditions, or acting in a
disruptive manner.
